Sinumerik

The Sinumerik protocol driver enables data exchange with SINUMERIK ONE, SINUMERIK 840D PL (Power Line), and SINUMERIK 840D SL (Solution Line) controls over TCP/IP by accessing standard variables such as Axes, Channels, and BAGs.

Target Configuration

The Sinumerik Target includes the following parameters:

• Host: Hostname or IP address of the Sinumerik control.
• Rack: Rack ID of the Sinumerik control.
• Slot: Slot ID of the Sinumerik control.
• Sinumerik Model: Select the appropriate model:
  • SINUMERIK_ONE
  • SINUMERIK_840D_SOLUTION_LINE
  • SINUMERIK_840D_POWER_LINE

Namespace Browser

Once the Sinumerik target is added, you can browse the available variables using the Namespace Browser by clicking "Show Namespace".
